All Together Now
A convention theme built for a room full of franchise owners, carried from the first sketch to a 140-foot LED wall.
Project Info
Every year, The UPS Store brings its franchise owners together for a national convention. Since 2020, I’ve been the art director behind its look. Each year starts with one idea, and I build it out into everything attendees see and hold during the event.
For the 2026 convention in Nashville, we started with a theme called “Remastered.” That early work became two looks. All Together Now is the daytime theme for general sessions. Farewell Celebration is the nighttime theme for the closing party. I set the color, type, and motion rules for both, then applied them to stage screens, walk-in loops, speaker titles, signage, keynote decks, and the pins and stickers people took home.
On site, I make revisions in real time so that every screen and sign still reads as one experience.

Early Process & Exploration · 2026

Before we settled on a direction, I tried “Remastered” several ways.
All Together Now · 2026 (Day Theme)
The daytime look had to stay bright and readable under stage lighting for hours of sessions. It covers the stage set, walk-in loops, speaker titles, and the pins and stickers handed out at registration.

Farewell Celebration · 2026 (Night Theme)
The closing party got a darker, warmer version of the same system. I generated the spinning record in Adobe Firefly, then rebuilt it by hand with UPS Store branding and lighting that fit the ballroom.

2024
Earlier conventions followed the same process. Each had a new theme, and each was built as one system from the first sketch to the show floor.

2022

One system, every surface.
Whatever the client, the same connected process carries a theme from first sketch to final execution — so the brand feels identical on a business card and on a 140-foot LED wall.
